Job Summary
We're seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as an Office Manager/Bookkeeper/Payroll Person. This position will be responsible for managing office operations, handling bookkeeping tasks, and ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in accounting software and payroll systems. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Management:
- Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
- Handle office supplies inventory and procurement.
- Manage office budget and expenses.
Bookkeeping:
- Maintain financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare financial statements and reports as needed.
- Ensure accuracy of financial transactions and compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
Payroll Processing:
- Prepare and process payroll for employees on a bi-weekly/monthly basis.
- Verify attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments.
- Calculate and record payroll deductions and withholdings.
- Process and issue employee paychecks and statements of earnings and deductions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an office management, bookkeeping, and payroll processing role.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting and financial processes.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and payroll systems with commission payroll structures .
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Bachelor's degree or yrs. of experience equivalent.
- 5-7 years of experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $85,000.00 per year
