As the HR Benefits/ Payroll Coordinator at Nexus Disposal, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient administration of employee benefits and payroll processes. You will report directly to the HR Manager and work closely with her to support our employees and uphold our commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage employee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.

Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to benefits and payroll.

Coordinate with benefit providers to ensure accurate and timely processing of benefit-related documents and payments.

Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Prepare and distribute payroll reports, including earnings statements, taxes, and deductions.

Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to reconcile payroll discrepancies and maintain accurate records.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory changes related to benefits and payroll administration.

Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a combination of work experience/school or at least 5 years of work experience.

Proven experience in benefits administration and payroll processing.

Must have experience with Paycom.

Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paychex).

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
