Support Specialist Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled support specialist to join our growing organization. You will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients by troubleshooting and resolving issues with our software systems when they arise.
To be successful as a support specialist, you should have an in-depth understanding of how computer software systems operate, especially ERP and CRM systems. You also have good interpersonal skills, with an affinity for excellent customer service. We have in-depth training scheduled for the incumbent so getting to speed won’t be a problem if you qualify for the role.
Support Specialist Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting and resolving software issues in a timely manner.
- Communicating with offshore teams to diagnose problems.
- Taking clients through the process of fixing technical issues.
- Prioritizing your workload to ensure the most critical issues are resolved first.
- Documenting common support procedures that coworkers can follow.
- Providing support remotely when necessary.
- Support Specialist Requirements:
- Degree in computer science or information technology preferred, but not mandatory.
- Microsoft certification is advantageous.
- Previous experience in a technical support role is desired but not needed.
- Experience with remote desktop applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Travel between TX,AK,LA and OK for client acquisition, training and maintaining client relations.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
