Position Overview:
As a Senior Manager, you will serve as a pivotal link between our esteemed partners, valued clients, and our professional staff. You will oversee multiple auditing and accounting projects concurrently, managing engagement workflows, staffing, and client relationships. This role demands a deep expertise in audit and review engagements, paired with a commitment to fostering team development and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all phases of audit and review engagements
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate engagements adhering to firm policies
- Act as a subject matter expert within your discipline or industry
- Proactively identify and address potential engagement issues
- Maintain open communication with partners and clients regarding engagement progress
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Mentor and develop senior, semi-senior, and staff accountants
- Assess training needs and facilitate ongoing professional development
- Participate in performance reviews and evaluations of accounting professionals
Qualifications:
- Minimum of seven to ten years of progressive public accounting experience
- CPA license is required
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage multiple engagements
Compensation:
Competitive salary range of $140,000 to $190,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
