**Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee one of our Asian restaurants. The ideal candidate will have experience in Asian cooking techniques (ex. Using a Wok).
**Duties:**
- Hire & Manage kitchen staff and coordinate food preparation activities
- Oversee inventory control, ordering, and receiving of supplies
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop and maintain menu offerings in collaboration with the culinary team
- Monitor food quality and presentation
- Implement cost control measures to maximize profitability
- Train and mentor kitchen employees
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in kitchen management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficiency in inventory control procedures
