Based in New York City and Las Vegas, Clean Market is a wellness brand that delivers products and services designed to elevate health and overall well-being.
Clean Market currently has three full-concept locations in NYC that include a wellshop shop, cafe, and treatments including IV Nutrient Therapy, Infrared Saunas, Cryotherapy, and Lymphatic Massage.
Our Clean Market + NutriDrip locations in Las Vegas offer a curated wellness shop, and a full menu of IV Nutrient Therapy services in lounge, and in-room at the Wynn, Encore, and Fontainebleau resorts. We’re on a mission to feel better, live better, compete better, and look better – with the ultimate goal of living life to the fullest.

SERVICE COORDINATOR REPORTS TO: Senior Store Lead, Store Manager
COLLABORATES WITH: Service Coordinators, Store Leadership, NPs + RNs
A Service Coordinator’s principal goal is to support the Senior Store Lead, and Store Manager in driving a profitable and customer-centric environment while supporting the overall flow + experience of services within Clean Market + NutriDrip, and the total business operation.
SALES + PROFITABILITY
● Supports Store Leadership in achieving monthly sales goal
● Supports Store Leadership in their action plans to impact sales results on a weekly and monthly basis
● Communicates feedback, solution-based ideas, and allocation needs to Store Manager
OPERATIONS
● Maintains a clean and safe working environment according to regulations
● Executes daily booking schedule, opening + closing procedures, and assigned shift tasks as directed by leadership
● Accurately schedules appointments + processes payments using the Zenoti booking system for Clean Market and/or NutriDrip Lounges, and Concierge Services at Fontainebleau, Wynn and Encore Resort Rooms
● Works alongside other store team members to keep efficient inventory controls within the retail business unit
CUSTOMER SERVICE
● Provides exceptional customer service to all clients in every scenario including but not limited to:
- Checking guests in and out for IV drip services
- Provides complimentary beverages during services
● Shares valuable store and customer feedback with leadership to make improvements in the success of the store.
● Welcomes all clients into the store with a warm and friendly greeting
● Builds rapport with clients by recommending products and services that best suit their needs
● Shares product knowledge with passion and integrity
● Encourages clients to return to the store for another visit, service, product, or event
REQUIREMENTS
● High school graduate or equivalent
● Preferably 1-2 years of spa or comparable experience
● Connection to Clean Market’s wellness driven mission
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment
● Possesses strong assessment and decision-making skills
● Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds
