Job Summary:
We are seeking Apartment Managers to oversee the daily operations of our residential apartment communities. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in property management and customer relationship management.
Duties:
- Manage all aspects of leasing, marketing, and administrative activities
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
- Handle tenant concerns and resolve conflicts in a professional manner
- Conduct property inspections and oversee maintenance projects
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, including unit turnovers
- Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities
Experience:
- Previous experience in residential apartment property management
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and customer service
- Strong sales skills with the ability to close contracts
- Knowledge of property maintenance practices
- Experience with LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) is a plus
- Excellent conflict management skills
