Printing Concepts operates production facilities located in Cleveland and Stow. This position is located at our Stow facility.
As a member of the Printing Concepts group of companies, a Customer Service Representative (CSR) will work in conjunction with the production team and sales team to coordinate the production of finished printed products of the highest level of quality. The CSR will be responsible for managing customer communications and relationships. As part of our team, this specific position will have the following job requirements and responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Providing outstanding customer service through both oral and written communications.
- Maintain existing customer relationships and work to create new customer relationships.
- Prepare and process quotes, orders, and sample requests.
- Communicate fully with internal and external customers and follow-up promptly with quotes, requests, orders, proofs, and other tasks.
- Work with all stakeholders, such as sales representatives, administrative staff, production staff, suppliers, and customers on orders and projects, including pricing, technical specifications, and meeting deadlines.
- Provide sales support to outside Account Executives.
- When appropriate, advise customers on the best strategies to achieve their desired outcomes.
- Other duties as assigned.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Learn and be able to communicate with internal and external customers about graphic communication, including but not limited to design principles, printing processes, paper options, and postal specifications.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Communicates well with the public in a professional manner
- Self-starter who can work independently
- Must possess a strong WIT (Whatever It Takes attitude)
- Outgoing
- Experience in the Graphic Communications/Printing industry preferred
- Customer Service experience preferred
- Sales experience preferred
- Experience with promotional products is a plus
- Adept with using a computer and experience in the Microsoft Office suite of software, including Excel
- Experience with ERP and CRM systems preferred
- Ability to think quickly and solve problems
- Attention to detail is a must
