Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily office operations, manage human resources tasks, handle budgeting, and supervise administrative staff.
Duties:
- Manage the front desk by greeting visitors and answering calls promptly
- Coordinate and oversee payroll processes
- Supervise administrative staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Handle scheduling and calendar management for meetings and appointments
- Assist with budgeting tasks and financial record-keeping
- Maintain employee records and assist with HR functions
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and equipment is maintained
- Implement and maintain organizational systems to streamline office procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an office administration role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience in team management and supervising staff is a plus
- Knowledge of payroll processes and budgeting principles
- High school diploma; additional certification in office management is a plus
