Our company is currently seeking an Office Manager Bookkeeper to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company and managing front office.
Responsibilities:
- Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
- Set up appointments for director
- Managing front office
- answering phone calls
- Scanning in invoices to quick books
- Check the accuracy of business transactions
- Perform data entry and administrative duties
- Other duties may be assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
- Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Bachelor's degree in accounting/financial management preferred
