ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Weisman Electric Co. is seeking an Administrative Assistant for our Commercial Department.
Job Duties Include...
- Answer multi-line phone systems
- Provide excellent customer service to all customers
- Operate Microsoft applications on PC, especially Excel
- Data entry and scheduling in CRM (Service Titan)
- Create, edit and manage permit applications, status and information, and coordinate with Power Company
- Work with management and technicians to schedule inspections and correct issues
- Work with Project Managers and assist with submittal process
- Develop and maintain organized filing systems
- Perform all administrative tasks and general office duties as needed
Candidates must ...
- Team player and upbeat
- Excellent customer service skills
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- ***Must come from a construction background***
- Ability to prioritize, multitask and manage time well
- Strong computer skills
- ***Familiarity with permits, AIA Commercial billing (required) and Quickbooks would be a plus!***
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
