Construction Office Admin Position - 2 years exp
Highly reputable custom home builder of 30+ years is seeking a professional and personable administrative position to interact with our clients.
Throughout our building history, employees in this position have thoroughly enjoyed this role and tend to stay for a long time in the position. Though a general understanding of homebuilding and products within a home is a plus, it's not a necessity. The most successful people in this position are energetic and positive people with great organization and people skills. In this position, you act as a liaison between our clients and our company. You conduct pre-construction meetings with clients to select their colors and products in their home, as well as interacting and updating our clients during the construction process. You will also have typical administrative duties…answering phones, misc paperwork, etc. Education/experience in Interior Design is a plus but not a requirement.
Candidates must present themselves well in appearance and have the ability to interact professionally with people. Candidates must be detail oriented and able to multi-task several projects at a time.
Candidates must be experienced with MS Word and MS Outlook.
