RangeLine Group was established in 2012 by Kevin Parr. The vision for our company is “To help every farmer prosper through our high-quality products and services to maximize uptime and eliminate downtime.” To achieve our vision, we have made it our mission “to provide farmers with quality agricultural replacement parts to maximize uptime and minimize downtime. We strive to service our customers the way we grow our business with the same high-quality teamwork and accountability.”
We are passionate about selling quality aftermarket parts to farmers that have been to outlast OEM. We stock thousands of parts locally in our warehouse to achieve the quickest possible turnaround to benefit our customers. We also sell tillage equipment such as rippers and high-speed discs. Our top focus is quality products and good customer service. While price is important, it is not our key focus because the parts will last longer, saving time and money.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services
- Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and provide effective solutions
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals on a regular basis
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors
-Enter phone calls and farm visits into our ERP to hit your set KPI's
-use mapping software to plan daily routes in assigned area.
Skills:
- Proven experience in outside sales or business development role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively present and demonstrate products/services to clients
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Proficiency in using Netsuite CRM software to manage customer interactions and sales activities
-Experience with agriculture or farming is a plus.
In this position, the commission plan gives you the opportunity to make $100,000+ annually.
