Job Title: Inside Sales Representative / Outside Sales Representative

Position Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our sales team as Inside Sales Representatives and Outside Sales Representatives. Whether you prefer working in a dynamic office environment or thrive on meeting customers face-to-face, we have a role that suits your strengths. As a part of our team, you will play a key role in promoting and selling our products, building relationships with customers, and contributing to the overall success of Massimo Motor Sports.
Key Responsibilities:
Inside Sales Representative:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote Massimo Motor Sports products.
- Answer incoming sales inquiries and provide product information, pricing, and availability.
- Process orders and follow up on sales leads to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through exceptional customer service and effective communication.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales goals.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, update customer information, and generate sales reports.
Outside Sales Representative:
- Travel to client locations, dealerships, trade shows, and events to showcase Massimo Motor Sports products.
- Identify potential customers and develop sales strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features, benefits, and advantages of our products.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to dealerships and customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and territory analysis to management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in inside sales, outside sales, or a related field within the automotive or recreational vehicle industry preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel (for Outside Sales Representative role).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to know our product and learn the difference and work in a fast pace environment
