- Greeting patients on arrival with a friendly patient demeaner
- Checking patient in and out from appointments
- Collecting copays and other pertinent payments due upon services rendered
- Keeping lobby tidy and lobby refreshments refilled

- Booking follow-up appointments upon check-out
- Booking appointments via phone-call and patient portal
- Assisting in evenly filling provider appointments, while reserving short & same day appts for even patient access.
- Re-calling patients due for routine wellness and follow-up visits
- Taking phone calls
- Answering and directing inquiries to the appropriate recipient
- Medical questions and prescription refill request routing to appropriate recipient
- Referrals coordination
- Printing and faxing pertinent medical records to coordinate referrals to specialty offices.
- Helping schedule and coordinate imaging/diagnostics
- Calling or texting patients to remind when labs are due prior to wellness visits or in follow-up as directed

- Process and complete medical records releases and requests
- Scanning and filing
- Scanning and filing medical records from specialists, labs, testing into electronic medical records for review by providers and sign off.
- Administrative Duties:
- Learn Electronic Health Records to maintain Providers Schedules
- Coordinate phone messaging and issues with Phone representative.
- Updating Social Media
- Billing liaison between clinic and Billing CompanyCollaborating with Billing Company and facilitating patient billing inquiry resolutions
- Monitoring and tracking front office till-making deposit slips for bank.
- Manage/Coordinating office equipment maintenance/repairs needed
- Inventory for Office Supplements. Manage the Square for Supplement purchases. Monthly Reports for Supplements purchases.
- Help Back office with Abstracting Medical Records info for patient's upcoming appointments. Printing reports for upcoming appointing

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
