Registered Nurse - Oncology Clinical Research
Our clinical research company is looking to hire a qualified candidate for the full-time position of Clinical Research Nurse.
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Urology clinical research team. The RN will play a crucial role in conducting clinical trials and studies focused on oncology treatments and interventions. Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the research team to plan, implement, and evaluate clinical research protocols in the field of oncology.

Screen and enroll eligible participants into clinical trials, ensuring adherence to study protocols and regulatory requirements.

Perform patient assessments, administer study interventions, and monitor participants for adverse reactions or side effects.

Educate patients and their families about the study procedures, treatment options, and potential risks and benefits.

Collect and document patient data accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with protocol guidelines.

Coordinate with physicians, nurse practitioners, research coordinators, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate study operations.

Assist in the organization and implementation of study procedures, including specimen collection, imaging studies, and follow-up visits.

Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress, treatment plans, and research findings.

Stay informed about the latest developments in oncology research and contribute to the dissemination of research results through presentations and publications.
Qualifications:

Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the state of practice.

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience in oncology nursing.

Experience in clinical research or a strong interest in pursuing a career in research.

Knowledge of oncology treatments, symptom management, and supportive care strategies.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) and data management systems.
