Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and Analytics and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Prepares and maintains documentation, presentations and reports, provide administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Conduct research and compile data to support projects and initiatives
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between departments and external partners
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
- Perform general office tasks such as answering phones, greeting visitors, and maintaining office supplies
Skills:
- Proficient in proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity
- Experience as a personal assistant or executive assistant a plus
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy
- Ability to coordinate projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Outlook Calendar and Excel, pivots, macros.
- Experience managing front desk operations and providing excellent customer service
- Skilled in calendar management and scheduling appointments
- Ability to transcribe meeting notes accurately
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience to gain a broad understanding of the general business environment
-Minimum 4-6 years business experience in administrative/clerical role; experience supporting a senior level staff member desired
