Office Assistant
Job Description:
Signco, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Office Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks 20 - 25 hours per week. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools like Excel, Word, Outlook and Quick Books. A successful Office Assistant should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Answer phone calls, take notes & messages & redirect calls when appropriate
- Directs calls to appropriate personnel as needed
- Creates and/or updates spreadsheets, documents, & reports as needed. Invoicing & deposits. Write work orders.
- Assists in the daily office needs such as setting up meetings, ordering supplies, filing documents, etc.
- Provides general support to visitors & employees when they arrive
- Other duties as assigned by manager or owner
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.70 - $17.52 per hour
