Overview:
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for assisting with the managing, training and coaching of all maintenance associates, as well as completing maintenance work orders and projects.
Responsibilities:
Maintenance Supervisor responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Assist the Chief Engineer in the management of all property and equipment preventive maintenance and repairs as well as for the general maintenance and upkeep of the facility and its grounds.

The Maintenance Supervisor will also assist in oversee the team of engineer staff for the property.

Maintain and manage work orders for the facility as well as complete work orders on a timely basis
-
Troubleshoot and repair equipment within the facility including but not limited to the following:
-
Perform major and minor Projects and repairs to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, pavers and stucco, as well as our pools and spas.

Assist in unit repair projects and guest room repair issues to include: carpet, flooring, drapes, drywall, plaster, painting, ceilings, lighting, minor electrical, minor plumbing, interior and exterior doors, furniture, counter tops, appliances, cabinets, TV’s, shelving, and other items

Perform, administer, and document preventative maintenance.

Minor roof repairs, painting projects, and exterior projects.

Assist team with training to consistently provide quality service.

Help to determine needs for contract repair/services

On-Call Availability
-
Respond in a courteous manner to all guest questions, complaints, and or requests to ensure strong guest satisfaction.

Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

Valid Driver's License and clean driving record

Ability to travel to mulitple locations across the Grand Strand

Experience in resort maintenance necessary

Must be able to stand for long periods of time

Must be able to lift 50+ pounds.
