Crest Commercial Realty is a locally owned commercial real estate company that specializes in professional property maintenance, property sales, and leasing for our clients.
We are seeking a full-time professional to join our in-house maintenance team to complete routine maintenance and repairs to our office and shopping center buildings. The ideal applicant will have a combination of the following skills/experience.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to climb a ladder.
- Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds.
- Prior experience with plumbing, electrical and HVAC repairs.
- Prior experience with light construction and remodeling projects to include drywall repair and painting.
- Mechanical aptitude to perform maintenance and repairs to commercial entry doors and hardware.
- Ability and willingness to perform exterior property maintenance which may include some light landscaping (no grass cutting).
The ideal applicant will have a thorough understanding of commercial building systems, a strong work ethic, a valid driver's license, the ability to communicate and work well with others. Flexibility and willingness to be available for some on-call work is also desired. Proximity to our main office location in Centerville is also preferred.
A company vehicle, work uniform, and necessary tools will be provided.
