Internship Overview:
As the Admin Assistant/Customer Service Position at Boca Print, you will be a representative of our customer service department. This role is crucial in maintaining our standard of service and ensuring a positive experience for every client who walks through our doors or contacts us.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to in-person clients, setting the tone for their experience with Boca Print.
- Manage client interactions with a focus on upholding our customer service standards.
- Efficiently schedule appointments, handle inquiries, and offer personalized assistance to our corporate clients, small businesses, and individual customers.
- Process print orders, ensuring accuracy and attention to client specifications.
- Maintain an organized and inviting front desk area.
- Conduct administrative duties including filing, data entry, and inventory management.
- Collaboratively work with the team to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for face-to-face client interactions.
