The Wealth Management Consultant is an experienced trust accounting professional that serves as the industry expert during the conversion to ASC’s products. The Wealth Management Consultant will review current processes and procedures, identify and communicate process changes and efficiencies, assist in developing new processes and procedures, train in the new system and assist the technical team in data mapping.
The Wealth Management Consultant primary role is to understand the client’s current business processes and procedures and develop a bridge to their new way of conducting business. Leveraging these new processes, the Wealth Management Consultant will train the client’s team members on the new system. The Wealth Management Consultant will add value through training and assisting in navigating the change associated with the new system.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Works with key project stakeholders to formulate and communicate the business vision for projects. Will assist in mapping out initial requirements and scope to quickly establish a project focus.
- Analyze current business processes and procedures, identify significant areas of change and efficiencies gained.
- Assist client in developing new processes and procedures based on ASC’s products.
- Assist technical team in data mapping, and resolving data issues.
- Lead client training of ASC’s products.
- Assist client during first week of go-live.
- Works with project team to validate stakeholder requirements and analysis models using reviews and walkthroughs.
- Assists Development Team and Products Team with application installation and testing.
- Relays customer feedback regarding ASC’s products and services to appropriate individuals throughout the organization.
- Participates in ASC’s conferences and regional trainings.
- Stays abreast of all related industry best practices, trends, new technology and methodologies.
- Maintains general knowledge of ASC’s products and services.

Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or a combination of related experience and education.
- Minimum of 7 years of Trust experience.
- Ability to juggle multiple and competing priorities and multi-task effectively without getting rattled.
- Up to 50% Travel is expected for this position.
- Position can be remote.
