OG Cannabis is under new management and looking to create a dynamic and fun team! We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented PART TIME Marijuana Budtender. As a Budtender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting them in selecting and purchasing cannabis products, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about different strains, products, and consumption methods
- Assist customers in selecting the right products based on their preferences and needs- Maintain knowledge of current inventory and product availability
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions with accuracy
- Ensure compliance (once trained) with all state and local regulations regarding the sale of cannabis products
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dispensary
- Educate customers on responsible cannabis use and harm reduction strategies
Requirements:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in cash handling procedures
- Experience operating a cash register or point-of-sale system
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of customer service
Knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods is preferred but not required Join our team as a Budtender today!
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
