Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Physical or Occupational Therapist to join our unique speciality clinic at Therahappy to offer therapy intensives to our pediatric clientele, in their homes and in the clinic.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to assist patients in achieving their goals
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercises
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist
- Knowledge of medical terminology and experience in acute care settings
- Experience in primitive reflex integration
- Dynamic Movement Intervention (DMI) certification level B or higher
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for patient care
