Job Description:

As a Senior Associate Immigration Attorney at our firm, you will be pivotal in shaping outcomes and driving success across a broad spectrum of USCIS cases.
Key Responsibilities:
Take charge of a wide array of USCIS cases, including Adjustment of Status, Naturalization, T Visa, U Visa, VAWA, Removal of Conditional Residence, Parole-in-Place, DACA, and Consular Processing.
- Represent clients with vigor and professional acumen in remote appearances before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.
- Lead our dedicated legal team in meeting stringent deadlines for relief applications, ensuring comprehensive and meticulous preparation.
- Dive deep into legal research and offer insightful analyses of ongoing changes in immigration law to guarantee compliance and strategic advantage.
- Craft and review critical legal documents and briefs, upholding the highest standards of clarity and effectiveness.
Provide transformative legal consultations, offering precise and tailored advice that addresses the unique needs of each client.
Keep the team updated and informed on crucial immigration policy shifts, ensuring our strategies remain adaptive and forward-thinking.
Additional Duties:
Conduct initial consultations, offering flexibility by including two Saturdays per month to better serve our client community's needs.
Requirements:
- Must possess a valid Bar license.
- A minimum of 5 years of direct experience with USCIS case management.
Fluency in Spanish is essential to effectively communicate and advocate for our predominantly Spanish-speaking clientele.
Compensation and Benefits:
- A competitive salary range of $110,000 - $120,000 per year, reflective of experience and expertise.

Standard work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. PST, with flexibility on Saturdays as needed.
