This Finance Associate will be responsible for:-
Using in-depth knowledge of the Hospital’s and department’s finance policies and procedures, performing various administrative duties associated with financial operations for the Trust.

Expense submission and tracking, budget reconciliation, collecting and compiling information from various sources.

Assisting with financial analysis for reporting.

Serving as key resource for processing questions; providing administrative support to the finance team.

Performing other special projects as needed.

Maintaining meeting calendar of supervisor and scheduling appointments and meetings with key colleagues, hospital staff and providers. Reserving conference rooms.

Providing general office support including answering phones and providing other basic administrative help as necessary.
To qualify, you must have:-
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business preferred.

A minimum of one additional year of finance, development, marketing, events or customer service experience required, preferably at BCH.

Finance / accounting literacy.

Strong Excel skills.

Strong attention to detail.

Organizational and problem solving skills and the ability to multi-task.

The ability to accept direction and work independently as well as on a team.
