Shifts after Training: Tuesday - Saturday (8:30am-5pm)

Title: Remote High Volume Call Center Agent (Training In Office)
Responsibilities:
Meeting call and resolution metrics
Provide Superior support to clients inquiring about results
Comply with Privacy policies
Place Orders
Take payment and update account
Research and identify client issues
Professional written and verbal communication
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines set
Meet daily transaction metrics
Qualifications:
High Volume Call Center Experience
Provide Clients updates regarding labs and testing items
Keyboard accuracy.
Empathetic Agent and client listener
Solid Customer Service Experience
Meet the performance goals established for the position in the areas of efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution and attendance
