We are looking for an energetic team player for our chiropractic office. Primary job responsibilities include: patient check in and check out, collecting payments, making appointments, calling missed appointments, answering the phone, generating weekly and monthly statistics, setting up new patients in the computer system and various other front desk duties. Work days are currently Monday thru Thursday although in the future Friday mornings are a possibility. Job averages about 34-37 hours per week. Job benefits includes PTO, bonuses, contribution to health insurance if desired, and chiropractic care at no charge. . Knowlege of and experience with medical insurance is a huge plus. Knowledge of chiropractic care is a plus but not required. Chiropractic assistant certification and/or Xray certification are both a plus but not a requirement. Spanish speaking is a plus.
