The Law office of Shane R. Kadlec is seeking an experienced personal injury Case Manager.

Applicant must have 2+ years of prior personal injury experience. Must possess the ability to handle injury cases from start to finish.
Bilingual in Spanish is strongly preferred, but not required.
Hours are 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday-Thursday and 8:00 a.m.- 2:30 p.m. on Friday. This is an in person position. No remote work.

- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Be dependable and consistent, especially with attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities.
- Be comfortable on the phone with high volume calls.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications.
- Work in a team oriented setting and establish good working relationships.
Job duties entail:
- Data entry into Filevine, our client management software.
- Managing new clients, setting them up for medical treatment, and following up on medical care
- Be able to establish trust and connections with your clients, following up with them routinely, and maintaining high levels of client support skills.
- Setting up claims with insurance companies and establishing coverage and liability.
- Sending out letters of representation.
- Communicating effectively with insurance companies.
- Requesting medical and billing records with affidavits.
- Reviewing medical records and bills to ensure they are complete and accurate for the case.
- Preparing medical summaries.
- Performing Hospital lien searches and handling subrogation claims.
- Preparing and maintaining client files.
- Filling out appropriate forms for PIP, Medicare, Medicaid, and Lost wages.
- Preparing settlement demands to send to insurance companies.
