Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional administrative support and customer service while ensuring efficient office operations, while assisting the broker/owner with his tasks as required.
Duties & Responsibilities:
-Answer incoming calls, take messages and/or transfer to appropriate person or department.
-Process bi-weekly payroll, ensuring accuracy.
- Coordinate office events (i.e. team building, lunches, etc.)
-Calendar management and scheduling ensuring there are no discrepancies.
-Post jobs, screen and interview applicants, send out job offers to candidates.
-Onboarding/Terminating as deemed necessary.
-Perform general administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
-Keep track of time sensitive projects or assignments and follow up if needed.
-Prepare bank deposits when required.
-Track and file of any paid or unpaid: invoices, statements, or bills.
-Coordinate 90 day and annual performance reviews.
-Keep employee files and documents up to date.
-Manage other personal tasks assigned by broker/owner.
