Vinyl Graphics & Sign Installer
The vinyl graphics and sign installer will work in all areas of our vinyl graphics and wide format print and installation department. This job will involve taking printed or cut vinyl and performing finishing, installation and shipping preparation. For example, these tasks will include cutting and hemming banners, cutting and finishing yard signs, lamination of signs and vinyl decals, cutting and mounting vinyl decals onto metal signs, preparing them for delivery and performing installation tasks, both on site and at customer locations. This will include installation of signs and vinyl graphics on vehicles, windows, walls, floors, posts, etc.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Install Vinyl Graphics and Signs
These installations will include window graphics, vehicle wraps, sign panels, and more. Installations will be both in our shop and at customer sites. Attention to detail and creativity is required to ensure accurate installations are performed that look good and are durable. The ability to work with various power tools, learn vinyl installation methods, and be able to problem solve are required.
Operate Finishing Equipment
The operator will use various pieces of production equipment and printers to create high-quality signs, banners, decals, posters, etc. The successful candidate will be proficient with computers and also be proficient with measuring and math skills.
The Vinyl Graphics Production Specialist should have some construction skills along with high level of attention to detail. A high school diploma is required. The following skills are essential to getting the job done:

Physical fitness – Need to routinely lift 25 pounds or more and must occasionally move 50 pounds or more. Will sometimes work outside and on ladders or scaffolding.
Troubleshooting– When encountering issues with installation or other tasks, the candidate should be able to logically troubleshoot the issue and develop a good plan to successfully accomplish the task at hand. Additionally, they should have the reasoning to include others, including their supervisor, in the process.
Time management – Multitasking and fulfilling print and installation orders in an organized, timely fashion is a critical requirement for the production specialist.
Working Conditions
· Standing for prolonged periods of time - up to 8 hours per day – and possibly on ladders and scaffolding.
· Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.
· Work outside in cold and heat as well as on ladders and scaffolding.
· Moderate to loud noise level.
· Fast-paced environment: subject to numerous schedule and priority changes and short notice activity.
· Out of the office installations are often required. Appearance and dress should represent the company image.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $20.00 per hour
