Tap Room Manager
Zip Kombucha is seeking part to full-time Retail manager taproom.
Ultimately, the Retail Manager’s responsibility is to deliver our excellent products with similarly excellent service!
Responsibilities
· Train and Mentor all employees
· Ensure Schedules are completes for all Kitchen and Tap Room Staff 2 weeks in advance
· Monitor and fill open shifts
· Ensure Inventory is completely on a weekly basis to ensure 100% stock at all times
· Ensure tap room and Dining room are clean and organized at all times
· Ensure Retail items in the brewery are organized or removed at all time (Cardboard, trash, etc.)
· Keep staff updated with promotions and events
· Develop systems and procedures for the tap room and kitchen (as needed)
· Keep in touch with customer feedback and make suggestions for improvements
· Manage cash drops from till and Petty cash to include petty cash log
· Manage kombucha, cider and wine menus and ensure proper inventory and stock
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
