The Speech Tree is seeking Part Time Speech Language Pathologists on Saturdays for its Princeton Center. Hours are approximately 8:30-2:00 pm.
The Speech Tree is a multidisciplinary center that offers Speech, Occupational, Physical, and ABA therapy to children with a variety of disorders and delays. Our therapists work together to provide services that treat the whole child as well as to promote family involvement for a total team approach. Continuing Education is provided, which includes DIR Floortime, PROMPT and SOS feeding training.
Candidates should possess the following characteristics:
- Be creative, motivated, and reliable.
- Have at least 2 years of experience working with the pediatric population.
- Have experience working with children with ASD.
- Work as a team with other disciplines to create the most comprehensive care for our clients.
Feeding experience is preferred but not necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and treat clients with speech, language, voice, feeding, and fluency disorders
- Provide direct speech therapy services to patients including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation.
- Complete paperwork associated with the functions of a Speech Language Pathologist including SOAP notes and evaluation reports.
- Collaborate with team members to provide a multi-disciplinary approach in meeting each child's developmental needs.
