The Head of Services is an important leadership role to our program. This position requires experience to supervise the clinical team, run a community-based mental health program and collaborating with local governing agencies. One that possess the ability to multitask, can handle pressure, is committed to the mission, provide therapeutic services and a humble approach to leading others.
The position requires a licensed certification - LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, with a minimum 1 year experience supervising a clinical team.
A BBS licensed at least 2 years
Able to provide supervision hours to associate clinicians
Experienced in DMH documentations and processes
A drive to lead a program to financial success and meeting positive-outcomes
Passion to treat adolescent youth with trauma and behaviors
Experience reviewing DMH notes and provide training and support to mental health team
Collaborate with cross-functional team members for overall program needs

Pay: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
