```Duties:```
- Serve as a subject matter expert on our wine menus, including by the glass, Coravin, and bottles
-Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers while engaging multiple customers at once
- Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
- Monitor customer behavior and intervene as necessary to prevent overconsumption or underage drinking
- Upsell food and beverage items to increase sales

- Strong interest in/experience selling wine is required
-Minimum 2 professional references from restaurant or hospitality positions required
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent, professional communication and interpersonal skills required
- Strong knowledge of food service and restaurant industry standards required
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Must be at least 21 years old
