Duties/Responsibilities:
The main function of a non-IT program manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in fields such as engineering, research and development, financial systems and product roll-out, or any other non-IT-based project. This role offers the opportunity to have a substantial impact and visibility within the team. Working with an experienced manager within a supportive team, access to cutting-edge Copilot and AI capabilities to support content development.

Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals.

Execute defined communication and business rhythms such as newsletters, town halls, business reviews, etc.

Support internal events such as summits and leadership meetings.

Confer with management, partners, and internal stakeholders to define project specifications and procedures.

Manage project timelines and budgets.
Typical Day in the Role:

Purpose of the Team: Managing all communications and business rhythms for internal skilling teams, including newsletters, town halls, business reviews, business communications, partner meetings, etc.

Key Projects: Contributing to the transformation of communication strategy.

Typical Task Breakdown and Operating Rhythm: 10-20% meetings, mostly independent work, with significant cross-team and organizational collaboration.
Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in business acumen.

Minimum 5 years of experience with internal communication software.

Minimum 5 years of experience with PowerPoint and other general software and programs.
Must Have Skills:

Verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.

Knowledge of project management principles, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing business outcomes.

Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.

Proficiency in computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, etc.

Familiarity with internal communication platforms.
Education:

Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.

PMI or PMP certification preferred.
