Job Title : Workday HCM Implementation Consultant

Workday HCM Implementation Consultant needed on contract basis for Workday implementation Partner, this role is remote.
- Work with stakeholders to understand pain points with existing Workday HCM implementation focused on Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Talent Management, Learning, and Payroll (Not all the modules at least experience in any three modules is required)
- Identify strategies, risks, and options, and recommend approaches and mitigations to meet revised client/functional requirements
- Work with stakeholders to identify/resolve all issues that could impact project scope and/or timeframe
- Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices
- Demonstrate design options using prototyping.
- Lead effort to update changes in Workday as well as revise HR processes in support of those changes
- Manage overall project timeline, resources, and deliverables
Qualifications
6+ years of implementation /AMS experience with Workday HCM
- 10+ years’ experience in consulting
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $106,770.33 - $128,583.63 per year
