Job Title: On-site Staffing Coordinator
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Schedule: 6:00am-2:30pm, Monday-Friday.
Pay Rate: $18-$20 per hour.
Benefits: Medical.
Summary: The On-site Coordinator for Akebono Brake Elizabethtown (ABE) is responsible for the maintenance and growth of the client company relationships and Luttrell Staffing Group Associate Management. Functions as the primary liaison between ABE Human Resources and Luttrell Staffing Group personnel.
Supervisory Role: Supervises assigned associates.
Essential Job Functions:
- Report to work in a consistent and reliable manner, in line with the schedule provided by the branch manager.
- Perform Dojo training at 6:30 am.
- Verify line placement and escort new temps to their assigned line.
- Monitor breaks, lunches, and tardiness.
- Prepare associates payroll and submit it to local branch each week.
- Review associate’s time in time-keeping system and make necessary corrections daily.
- Help monitor UTI (UltiPro).
- Work with HR on gate times for temps that do not clock in or out.
- Address clock issues and monitor where they stand on termination.
- Address performance issues.
- Fill out accident reports and assist with the 5 Why (work with manager and supervisor).
- Once administrative duties are completed, stay on site to fill in work gaps.
- Communicate job order requests to the branch daily.
- Review daily and weekly trackers for accuracy; review shift summaries; review guard shack lists.
- Manage associate questions and issues that may arise (i.e. Harassment Claims Reports, Performance Management, Injury Reports, etc.) and communicate with the appropriate office personnel.
- Conduct daily and frequent walkthroughs of the facility to evaluate associate’s performance issues, monitor dress code, and communicate with ABE department leads.
- Assist with New Hire Orientations and Monthly Safety Meetings.
- Coordinate Forklift observations with Forklift Coordinator.
- Provide Week-Ending Totals Report to HR Generalist team.
- Pickup office supplies as needed.
- Administer drug screens as needed.
- Conduct employee evaluations.
- Conduct employee terminations, as needed.
- Other duties may be assigned as needed and/or requested by the Branch Manager and/or Regional Director.
