Call Center located in Downtown Manhattan is seeking Helpdesk Call Center Representatives for Immediate interviews!
This position is located across the street from the World Trade Center, and will be starting by the end of July or beginning of August.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of call center experience required
- Technical support experience such as password resets and basic trouble shooting
- Strong work history
- Flexibility to work different shifts including nights and weekends
The role will be located at a work site which requires everyone to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19.
