We are expanding to new levels of growth and presently seeking the help of a high-energy and positive personal injury paralegal to handle our PI client relations. This role involves handling personal injury cases from start to finish including litigation, alongside our team of attorneys, ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service and support.

Candidate Requirements:
- Litigation experience required.
- Personal injury experience required. 2 years minimum, 3-5 years preferred.
- Proficiency in legal research and document preparation.
- Must have strong knowledge and understanding of litigation timeline and deadlines.
- Client obsession.
- Self-motivated with an eagerness to learn, strategize and execute strategies effectively.
- Professional pride in client communication.
- Strong understanding and knowledge of the PI pre-litigation process and deadlines.
- Courteous, enthusiastic, and hardworking.
- Dependable and reliable.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Conducting thorough client intake interviews to gather essential case information.
- Managing and organizing case files.
- Conducting legal research to support case strategies.
- Drafting and preparing legal documents, including but not limited to demand letters, pleadings, and settlement agreements.
- eFiling legal documents.
- Communicating effectively with clients, medical professionals, and insurance companies to obtain necessary information.
- Communication with Court Staff/Personnel.
- Assisting attorneys in case preparation for hearings, depositions, and trials.
- Attend seminars, training classes and review current professional literature to maintain and develop professional skills and knowledge.
- Keeping clients informed about the status of their cases and addressing inquiries.
- Managing calendar appointments, court dates, and all deadlines.
