a. Project Support Engineer (PSE)
i. PSE shall have experience in Architecture, Interior Design, Space Planning, Engineering, Construction Management, and Commissioning, as well as Site and Construction Inspection.
ii. Submit a resume. Resumes shall not exceed three pages, to include education, employment, degrees, certifications, memberships, etc. and meeting the minimum qualifications as identified in the scope of work and should include a list of no more than five (5) construction projects that the following individual has performed Project Management duties. It is beneficial that these projects demonstrate the ability to carry out specific duties as identified in the scope or work provided with the RFP including the size and complexity of the project, new construction or repair and alterations, and dates/square footage of the
referenced projects. The resumes should relay the length and type of experience commensurate with the SOW of the contract.
iii. Similar duties shall include at least five (5) of the seven (7) following criteria: Design, Construction, Miscellaneous Tenant Activities, Recommendations for Negotiation and Procurement, Closeout, Site and Construction Inspection Support, and Commissioning.
iv. PSE shall have a minimum of ten (10) years of overall experience in this role or similar design industry role.
v. PSE will require agency specific security clearance(s) to perform work. PSE shall be able to obtain a Homeland Security Presidential Directive 12 (HSPD- 12) clearance
vi. PSE shall possess excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.

Pay: $125,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
