Job Summary: Zoltek is looking for a Programmer Analyst to join our IT Team at our Corporate Headquarters.
Primary responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom applications tailored to meet the Zoltek’s specific requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business needs, translating them into programming specifications.
- Provide technical support to end-users of Dynamics 365 applications, troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with the IT support team to ensure the seamless operation of Dynamics 365 modules.
- Utilize strong programming skills in C# and ASP.NET to create efficient and scalable custom applications for Zoltek’s Manufacturing facilities in the US.
- Stay updated on the latest programming techniques, tools, and best practices to enhance development processes.
- Integrate custom applications with databases, ensuring data accuracy, security, and optimal performance for on premise applications and applications hosted on Zoltek’s Azure Cloud.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries for effective data retrieval and manipulation.
- Conduct thorough systems analysis to understand user requirements, business processes, and workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
- Perform quality assurance testing on developed applications to identify and address any issues.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for custom applications, including technical specifications, user manuals, and change logs.
- Document support procedures for Dynamics 365 applications to facilitate efficient issue resolution.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, system administrators, and Zoltek end-users in the US.
- Communicate technical concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in custom application development and Dynamics 365 user support.
- Proficient in programming languages such as C# and ASP.NET.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with database systems, preferably Microsoft SQL Server.
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365 customization and configuration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
