GentleBrook is looking for Direct Care - Resident Care Coordinator to work directly with adults with developmental disabilities in a homelike setting at the Dewhurst facility in West Lafayette.
Direct Care Coordinator Pay & Schedule Availability at Dewhurst:
- $18.00/hr. up to $20.00/hr
- Full-time and Part-time
- Shift differential offered for select hours

Direct Care Coordinator Qualifications:
- Must have a clean background check and drug screen
- Must have a HS diploma/GED
Direct Care Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Assists residents with personal and incontinence care
- Help integrate residents into the community
- Ability to react decisively and quickly in emergency situations
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents and their family members and facility staff
- Work along side nursing team
- Helping the residents be involved in fun activities (county fair, water activities, camping, fishing, arts & crafts, etc.)
