Assist tree care teams by setting up and clearing work sites, ensuring all necessary equipment and materials are conveniently available and safely positioned.

Operate and maintain basic machinery such as chippers, chainsaws, and other heavy equipment critical to effective tree service operations.

Participate in ground operations such as cutting, hauling, and disposing of tree limbs and debris, maintaining stringent safety standards.

Learn to identify tree species and understand their specific care requirements as part of ongoing training and development initiatives.

Follow directions from supervisory personnel and engage in team activities that ensure efficient job execution and workplace safety.

Support arborists in the climbing and pruning of trees, under direct supervision, as skills and confidence progress.

Attend and actively participate in safety meetings and training sessions to ensure compliance with the latest industry regulations and company policies.

Proactively undertake first response actions in emergency situations, adhering to established protocols.
