Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones in collaboration with key stakeholders.

Be comfortable working in an agile environment and process.

Collaborate with product owners and managers, as well as business owners on requirements.

Collaborate with technical leads on resource allocation and tracking.

Coordinate and lead project kick-off meetings, ensuring clear communication of project goals, roles, and expectations.

Monitor project progress, participate in the scrum huddles, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Coordinate projects’ release schedule.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and other stakeholders, to ensure seamless project execution.

Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting open communication and knowledge sharing.

Provide leadership and motivation to the project team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Communicate regularly with project stakeholders, providing updates on project status, risks, and upcoming milestones.

Address stakeholder concerns promptly and ensure their expectations are managed effectively.

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather project requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.

Budget and Resource Management:

Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness.

Allocate resources appropriately, considering skill sets, project requirements, and timelines.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency in resource utilization.

Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality project outcomes.

Conduct regular project reviews to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the project team.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience as a Project Manager, managing projects from initiation to completion.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with team members and stakeholders.

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Experience with Homeowners insurance.
-
PMP or other project management certifications are a plus, and familiarity with Agile methodology is a plus.
