SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure that ALBION SC Brooklyn Brooklyn player development philosophy and in turn the ALBION travel player development philosophy is being implemented within all aspects of the ALBION SC Brooklyn Brooklyn girls travel program.
- Properly manage communication with players and families to limit information gaps.
- Utilize a player-centric approach to contribute to elite player development.
- Meticulous preparation for training and matches with individual player development as the priority. This includes Session Plans, Film Analysis, Schematics, Game Day Scripts, and Set Plays.
- Focus on positively impacting the training environment to assist in maximizing youth player development.
- Sets the standard for this elite environment. He/she leads by example and holds players accountable. Any asks of the players should also be displayed/reflected by the Head Coach.
- Expected to be a coach within their respective age group and be familiar with all players in the pool. They are also expected to work with age-group coaching staff to discuss the player pool and educate on best practices coming out of the girls travel program.
- Will be willing to assistant other teams in the travel program, specifically on game day.
- Actively identify talent in their age group and report these players to AD (Local Leagues, Local Tournaments, Training Centers, etc.). They must also develop an expert understanding of the applicable scouting profiles based on age and position.
- Make player selections that account for a player’s current and potential ability - "Projecting Talent".
- Design and implement a comprehensive age-appropriate training plan. This will guide the coach’s periodization plan for the year.
- Adhere to all ALBION SC Brooklyn travel processes and protocols.
- Provide detailed reports on individual players and team performance for continuous personal growth. This is required as part of the players’ Individual Development Plan (IDP), which will take place a few times throughout the season.
- Positively contribute to the individual growth of all young men in the program using the sport of soccer as the vehicle.
- Responsible for participating in all club functions as a leader of the organization.

Part of being a leader in this club is leading by example and in the fundraising portion of the year we need all leadership to be a factor.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
- Build out travel team with full rosters.
- Retention rates of travel team are over 95 % or greater, with high performing players identified at 100% retention.
- Quality of game day environment and expectation meets the standards of travel.
- Deliverables to the team including IDP, Video, Periodization, and overall management of parent education and player relations.
- Travel team finishes in the top 4 of their division.
- Meet all reporting requirements for Executive Director and Technical Director.
- Customer satisfaction is excellent
Requirements
As a full-time position, the role will come with an expectation that you are full-time with ALBION SC Brooklyn. The nature of the position requires you to work from home and you will be able to utilize the office for work and meetings with approval from ED. You will also be required to attend leadership meetings held at the club office weekly and/or virtually and, make sure that you hold a B-License with the objective to hold an A-License.

Performance appraisals against the identified job responsibilities will be carried out by ALBION SC Brooklyn Brooklyn at agreed intervals.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
