Responsibilities:
- Inbound and outbound communication with prospective customers
- Identify new market opportunities and potential customers through email and phone
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers through effective customer relationship management
- Set appointments with potential and existing customers to meet sales targets
- Daily training on phone skills to promote better appointment setting techniques
- Utilize software tools, such as vin solutions, various lead sources
- Manage and update digital knowledge, internet tools and website information
Experience:
- Proven experience in automotive business development or sales
- Experience in team approach and motivating staff
- Proficiency in using software tools for sales tracking and customer relationship management
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close appointments
-Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
