Job Description:
As a Catering & Marketing Coordinator , you will be responsible for planning and executing catering events, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and enhancing our brand presence in the community. You will work closely with our management team to drive business growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage catering events from inception to completion, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for clients.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote catering services and events.
- Utilize Adobe Photoshop to create visually appealing marketing materials, including flyers, social media graphics, and promotional content.
- Travel around the valley to identify and secure catering opportunities.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement marketing strategies for our four Phoenix metro area shops.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to enhance business opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in catering coordination and marketing, preferably in the restaurant industry.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and other graphic design software.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel around the Phoenix metro area for events and business opportunities.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Knowledge of the local market and community is a plus.
