What we’re seeking: With expansion across Florida, we are looking for an Outside Sales rep to be responsible for all of the outbound sales efforts of our business unit and to help us with our continued growth in the Florida market. We are looking for our first sales hire to come with an entrepreneurial mindset and can roll up their sleeves to help build this department from the ground up! We are looking for a rep in both of our Lee & Manatee County offices and work in the neighboring counties as a territory.
What will you be selling?: You will be going into bars, restaurants, clubs, fraternal organizations, hotels, theaters, gas stations, convenience stores, venues, etc. to provide potential customers with our amusement games, jukeboxes, ATM’s, etc. It is either zero or minimal cost to our customers up front, we service the equipment, collect the monies, etc. and we simply split the profits with them after a minimal threshold. Could you imagine yourself in a sales role where you tell the customer that you will provide them expensive equipment that will draw in more customers and retain them longer at their establishment (possibly at no cost to them), makes them money(!), and we maintain it with the largest service team in the state?! If you’re thinking where do I sign up - then put in some extra hustle and call the owner directly on their cell after reading this entire post. Even better if you already interact with this customer base with another job of yours, as we are open to part time side hustles in this contract role.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Self-source your own leads through a combination of cold calling, networking, and using vetted data.
- Establish relationships with decision makers of local businesses.
- Develop & oversee a digital marketing strategy and budget to generate more inbound leads.
- Create standard operating procedures for entire sales process, potentially for future junior sales reps.
- Perform site surveys, advise customers on equipment and procedures, get contracts signed, oversee installation is performed correctly, and maintain relationship through the first few collections.
- Work alongside operations, collections, and service team to ensure that equipment in-house is prioritized, alongside new capital expenditures that are budgeted.
- Most time will be spent going from location to location, in your own vehicle, along with time calling & emailing locations before/after meeting.
- Create and maintain a CRM for all sales outreach. Hubspot preferred.
- Provide company feedback on what customers want, market pulse, etc.

Education & Experience:
- 1+ years of outside sales experience drumming up own leads.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in business or a related field.
Job Type:
- Commission: $100-$1,000 per sale, depending on equipment mix. No Cap to commission!
- Commission should certainly yield $40-70k+ in annual earnings if done full time. This is full time effort in hunting, following up, and closing your own leads. If you do not have the internal drive, this will not be fruitful.
- Commission is paid 60 days after landing an approved new account, as a one time payment
- Gas expenses will be reimbursed upon receipt or we will provide a flat amount per month
- Timings: you make your own schedule. Some morning meetings will be beneficial the more you are engaged, but you determine your hours and what will work for you to make the sale.
- We will require a federal and county level background check, financial record check, driving check, and drug test.
- Please note this is a 1099 contract role, with NO benefits. It is 100% commission only.
- Growth opportunities to work towards a full time or part time W2 role, with full benefits like medical, dental, vision, 401k match, wellness reimbursement, etc. are available for the right individual! We would love to promote!
