TK Elevator is seeking a Sr. Billing Manager- Maintenance & Extras in Atlanta, GA.
Responsible for managing the two departments, the Repair Billing and Extras & Web Billing, ensuring that goals are achieved and the company’s business interests are protected.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Oversee and monitor the billing efforts as well as all the specific activities within these departments to ensure adherence to company protocols and SOPs.

Ensure that financial targets and transactional targets are exceeded by managing metrics, SLAs, KPIs, department budget and oversight of staff performance within department.

Monitor the performance of supervisors and team members by engaging in the performance management process, holding employees accountable for meeting their goals, and rewarding and disciplining employees as necessary.

Ensure the department is providing outstanding customer service to internal and external customers.

Responsible for overseeing training program for new hires as well as ensuring that existing team members are also in a continuous training program.

Review business processes to identify improvement areas and ensure best practices and lessons learned are implemented.

Leverage technology and automation to improve processes.

Develop the Supervisors as well as coaching them to develop their team members.

Partner with branches and other Shared Services departments to drive synergies and efficiencies between the different processes as well as contribute to a positive and collaborative organizational culture

Partner with key stakeholders in corporate projects to ensure that Shared Services needs are met in order to provide outstanding service to branches and customers
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
-
5+ years experience in a B2B and/or B2C environment.

5+ years experience in Billing or similar industry experience and college degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

5+ years of supervisory experience.
-
Ability to effectively manage other leaders and work as a member of that team.
-
Track record of results-oriented process improvement; ability to motivate staff.
-
Demonstrated coaching/mentoring skills, problem solving skills and conflict resolution skills.
-
Customer service background.
